Shortly after I awoke this afternoon, the (Holy spirit) made an impression in my spirit to never lay down your sword! Now you may be wondering how in the world can I hold my sword at all times? Well, let me explain . Literally speaking it is impossible to never lay down your sword(Word of God) because we have to attend to  the daily necessities of life such as sleeping, eating, showering, working, and so forth.

However, what the Holy Spirit was implying is that, as a soldier of the Lord, none of us can afford to get too comfortable and stop studying the (Word of God),or exercising your spiritual authority,because just when you do, the enemy will plan his attack!

We must remember that the battle is real and being casual in battle will cause you to become a casualty.  There is no room nor time for (tepidness) in battle. The enemies of the cross have no respect for traitors, and to them,once you have named the name of Jesus they will consider you an enemy. Therefore, you must be on one side or the other!

It’s time to leave being religious, and start being relational in the kingdom of God and never lay down your sword!
