RETURN POLICY:

We have a no refund policy but do offer exchanges on all items except face masks. All digital products are non-refundable or exchangeable once downloaded, with no exceptions. In the event you need to exchange an item please contact us first.  All exchanges must be unworn, in original condition with packaging, and shipping labels. We will not be responsible for re-shipping charges on exchanges as a result of the wrong address. However, if it is our fault, we will cover the shipping cost. All items damaged upon receipt must submit a claim within 7 business days, and all exchanges must be done within three business days upon receipt. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after four weeks.  For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
